Booking for Halloween and Yule. Visit TC at Fleamasters Ft. Myers this Saturday.
The Turning Card frequently appears at pop-ups, local arts festivals, spooky season and Yule* events, and other places to read! I am on the move and may be working in Tallahassee, Southwest Florida, and Atlanta this harvest season. Check the calendar to get an in-person reading or use the contact form to let me know about your event or festival. Renasissance fests & night markets welcome.
There are options at different price points, including a single-card draw and a regular 3-card reading. If your guests simply wish to learn some tarot basics or discuss the cards, that is also an option.
*I would love to be at your Yule or holiday market and I am booking now! Yule readings are themed for the season.
I am actively seeking regular reading venues in the Southwest Florida area. Have a special tarot event (great for grand openings or celebrations) or get in touch with me about in-house tarot reading weekly or monthly at your shop, cafe, or entertainment venue.
I love an occult shop, but would also be happy to work at your coffee or kava joint, bookstore, art gallery, university event, etc. I offer both traditional and themed readings. Some of the options: tarot for beginners, historic cards, illuminated and radiant, coffee themed (!), winter and holiday, gothic and spooky, the natural world, family friendly, pink, black and white.
Adding a tarot reader to your private event can bring mystery, excitement, and personal insight to your guests, clients, or employees. The Turning Card is available for bachelor/ette parties, corporate events, holidays, graduations, weddings, and more.
In addition to regular readings, I have themed decks for different seasons, events, and preferences (e.g. cheerful, Gothic, nature-themed, artistic, historic, funny). Let me work with you to make sure your event includes mystical moments. Contact me for more information and to get started on your consultation.
This harvest season there are three classes available:
The History & Mystery of Tarot: In this event we will explore the history of tarot as a playing card system, its development in Europe, fortune-telling history and laws, basics of tarot reading, and the future of tarot. I will bring some examples of both modern and historic replica tarot cards, and guests will have the chance to try interpretation. A discussion that touches on folk practices, art history, and traditional card meanings.
Make Your Own Tarot Card: After a brief introduction, guests will pull a tarot card and take some time to journal and think abut their card before working on their own interpretation of the card. I will provide cards, blanks, and some supplies, though I encourage hosts to add or invite guests to bring their own supplies. This event can be adapted to focus on a single card (e.g., The Magician, the Nine of Coins, etc.). This is an interactive event that encourages people to learn and engage with tarot and engage deeply with tarot symbolism. Combine with some refreshments and private readings for a fun evening for your guests.
Coming soon... Ritual Salt Class. An evening of making herbal and ritual salts for ceremony.
Online 3-card readings are $20. Fill out the request form, and you will be sent a payment link. After you pay, you will receive your 3-card reading by email, text message, or social media direct message if preferred. Readings are performed at the time of request using physical cards. They may include additional info about the deck used, the history of your cards, or secondary or subtle meanings.
Contact me if you need assistance finding academic or historic resources to support or better understand your practice. Research assistance is provided on a sliding scale with a $20 minimum.
If you need help designing a ritual or would like to run your card interpretation by someone else, please reach out. I can provide a consultation by email or Zoom (or other video platform). Sliding scale, $20 minimum.
